Did you owe?

I ran a home-based business up to about a year ago. I had the business for about 5 years. One of the years, I ended up owing taxes. Not a huge amount, but a few thousand dollars. IRS was pretty nasty about it (even with a payment plan).

Have you ever owed taxes? Did IRS harass you?

This is absolutely crazy! It is stories like this that make me sick. What about all the people that owe millions of dollars to IRS? It was 4 cents. They could have found that on the street walking to the car wash.

IRS can take money directly out of your bank account, nothing you can do about it. Happened to me, even though they were wrong. Took years to get it back, but did, with interest.
