I think gender has very little to do with the office of president, similar to the way that I think color has very little to do with occupying the seat of the U.S. empire. I think, however, many folks look at gender and color first over against considering the whole person

At this point, I wish Hillary Clinton were president as opposed to Obama. I don't think she would be alienating our allies and pandering to our enemies as much as Obama has. Health care reform probably would have still been pushed through, but not the extreme legislation that we got passed this year. My vote is for Hillary in 2012!

I don't think gender or race should be a factor for president. We should be able to choose a great runner because they have what it takes to make good decisions for our country. If the candidate is a women and she is qualified then great.
